Skilled in human resource development, cost controls, profit/loss analysis, customer service and public relation.
Experienced in all aspects of owner/manager including increasing sales and profits, development of assistant managers and manager trainees, general staff training and motivation, purchasing, inventory control, quality assurance and compilation of various monthly and yearly reports.
Worked as a consultant on many restaurant startups and wrote business plans for those restaurants.
